Time at CSC is an energizing experience and we are pleased to be able to offer our beautiful location for your consideration. As an independent non-profit, all proceeds from your event support our mission.
What days/times are available for retreats?
We are able to host weekday and weekend rentals from mid-August to the beginning of October

Can we do activities like swimming, hiking, or teambuilding?
Of course! Some activities need to be CSC staff-led and have fees associated with them. Basic activities like sports, crafts, or hiking may utilize CSC equipment at no additional cost. A customized program for your rental can be developed with the Camp Director.
What happens in the case of extreme weather?
Camp Susan Curtis has great indoor spaces to accommodate your guests.
What type of lodging is available?
We have 13 cabins available with electricity, full bathrooms and 10-15 bunk beds. There is no heat or linen service.
If I am hiring caterers or cooking what space is available?
You will have use of our commercial kitchen. This includes walk-in coolers, stoves, preparation space, pots, pans, dishes, etc. It does not include the flat-top grill. Ideally, we would like you to hire our Food Service Manager who also caters. If you choose not to, an additional $250 charge will be incurred.
Can we serve alcohol?
Yes, if the retreat is for ADULTS over the age of 21. We do ask that you stick with beer and wine.
Can we smoke?
Yes, you can. We do ask that you stay in the designated area. As we are a Tobacco Free Campus we offer you this as a courtesy. Marijuana is not permitted.
Do we need insurance coverage?
Yes, you will need insurance coverage that states that Camp Susan Curtis is an additional insured of up to $1,000,000.
How many people can attend?
We can seat and lodge about 160 adults comfortably.
